Ms. Adell Peeler departed her life on January 4, 2018 at Augusta University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Zion Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Grady Bell officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
She was born June 9, 1963 at Washington County Regional Medical Center to the parentage of the late Mr. Vernor Peeler Sr. and the late Mrs. Essie Lee Peeler.
Ms. Peeler was a member of Zion Hope Baptist Church in Tennille, Georgia. She attended Washington County Public schools in Sandersville, Georgia.
Ms. Peeler leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Ms. Tammy Peeler and a son, Mr. Ronnie Peeler of Tennille, Georgia; six sisters: Ethel (Zackie) Canty, Ms. Dianna Harden of Tennille, Georgia; Ms. Betty Ann Peeler of Milledgeville, Georgia; Ms. Catherine Peeler of Sandersville, Georgia; Mrs. Cynthia (Benjamin) Strange of Macon, Georgia and Ms. Jennie Mae Lamar of Orangeburg, Florida; one brother Mr. Randall (Catrina) Peeler of Tennille, Georgia; four aunts: Ms. Sally Ann Darrisaw, Mrs. Dorothy Ann Swint, Mrs. Gladine Hooks and Mrs. Essie Mae Roberson of Tennille, Georgia; devoted friends: Mrs. Kimberly (Lucius) Jones, Mr. Tommy Lee (Regina) Dixon of Tennille, Georgia; god mother: Mrs. Eloise Williams of Sandersville, Georgia; three devoted nephews: Mr. Reginald Lamont Canty, Mr. Zackie Canty III and Mr. Robert James Scott Jr. (who she raised as her own) of Tennille, Georgia; one devoted niece: Ms. Tiffany R. Peeler of Tennille, Georgia; a host of cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
