Zayquantez Jones departed this life unexpectedly on Friday, September 30, 2022 at the Augusta University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.  Zayquantez was born in Augusta, Georgia on February 9, 2005 to the parentage of Christopher Jones and the late Latoya Cheeley. He attended Glenn Hills High School. 

He leaves to cherish his memories his father, Christopher Jones of Waynesboro, Georgia; bonus mom, Furrica Harden of Waynesboro, Georgia; siblings: Christyan Jones, Christopher Smith, Cherrionnia Jones, Khystian Simpson, Christen Cheeley and Tydasia Griffin; bonus siblings:  Shanyla Harden and De’nyah Richardson; grandmothers: Bessie Jones and Ruby Brown both of Augusta, Georgia; several aunts and uncles: Toronda (Keith) Heggs, KaRon Jones, William Tyrone Jones, Shawn Jones and Cortez Spann; several other relatives and friends.
