Willie "Lil Bill" Roberson

Mr. Willie Roberson departed this life on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Washington County Regional Medical Center in Sandersville, Georgia.  A  memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.  

Mr. Willie Roberson, known as “Lil Bill”, was born on August 16, 1951 in Oconee, Georgia.  He was the son of the late Mr. Bill Burden and Ms. Eloise May Roberson.

He attended the public school of Sandersville, Georgia, Washington County.

He worked for a living as a construction worker. 

Mr. Roberson is survived by three sisters:  Ms. Louise Roberson of Sandersville, Georgia, Ms. Eva Mae Robinson of Decatur, Georgia, and Jeneva Armstrong of Wrightsville, Georgia; one brother: William Reeves of Sandersville, Georgia; one sister-in-law: Marie Burden; his devoted niece: Polly Harris of Sandersville, Georgia; devoted cousin:  Gloria Maze Richardson of Sandersville, Georgia; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; devoted friends:  Elmorris Haynes, JoAnn Hunter and Naomi Seal; and other relatives and friends
