Mr. Scottie May

Mr. Scottie May departed this life on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Augusta University Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. at L.M. Pierce Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Sandersville City Cemetery. Mr. May was born November 3, 1964 in Washington County to the late parentage of Wyman and Rubbie May, Sr. Mr. May was proceeded in death by his parents Wyman Lee May, Sr. and Rubbie Grant May, two brothers: Wyman Lee May, Jr. and Deandre Brooks. Mr. May attended Washington County High School. Scottie was self employed as a concrete finisher. He served Washington County and surrounding counties for many years with concrete and backhoe services. Mr. May leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Calencia May of Sandersville, GA and two sons: Wyman Lee May III and Naderrios Harper both of Tennille, GA; two sisters: Rosa Lee (Darryl) Parker of Sandersville, GA and Shelia Hall of Atlanta, GA; one brother: Joseph Holston of Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren: Evan Webb, Avan Webb and Ivey Webb of Sandersville, GA; two aunts: Johnny C. May of Milledgeville, GA and Aretha James Jackson of Akron, OH; a devoted friend Vickie Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends.
