Mother Lucile Norris of Jacksonville, Flordia entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 26, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Mount Bethel Missionary Baptist Church at 2 p.m. in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Robert E. Herring, Sr. will officiate.
Visitation will be at Buckeye Baptist Church in East Dublin on Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m.
Ms. Norris was the daughter of the late Lucion and Lavada Norris. She was reared by her grandparents, the late Frank and Annie Bell Whiggomes, her uncle and aunt, the late Sidney and Willie Kate Wilcher.
