Mrs. Mattie P. Mitts of Wrens, GA entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Gibson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gibson, Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 19,2019 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of L.M. Pierce Funeral Home with interment in the city cemetery. Rev. Roy Grissom will officiate. Mrs. Mitts is survived by three daughters: Bessie Jones of Augusta, GA, Calla (Hoyt) Hollins of Wrens, GA; Minister Lenola (Willie) Wicker of Louisville, GA; two sons: Robert (Alberta) Wilcher, Mr. Lawrence (Juanita) Mitts of Wrens, GA; 41 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
