Mr. Larry Battle, Jr. entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in Denver, Colorado.  Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Deliverance Center of Jesus Christ, 401 Hall Street, Sandersville, Georgia.  Interment will be on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 11 a.m.  at the Georgia Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA.  Visitation at the funeral home on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 12 noon to 6 p.m.

He was a fun-loving and intelligent   young man.  He was born August 7, 1978 to late Larry Lee Battle, Sr. and Annie Grace Foster.

Larry was a 1997 graduate of Washington County High School in Sandersville, Georgia.  He served in the United States Army for six years.  Larry was a Nurse Practitioner who traveled throughout the United States.  At the time of his death, he was employed by Advent Health Porter Hospital in Denver, Colorado.

Larry was a member of Deliverance Center of Jesus Christ where he was ordained as a Minister under the leadership of the late Bishop Tommy Barnes.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Larry Lee Battle, Sr. and a niece, Janiya Battle.

Larry leaves to cherish his memories his son, Kaiden Alexander Battle, his mother Annie Grace Cooper and father, Daniel Cooper; siblings:  Andre (Tabe) Battle, Antiko (Sherry) Battle, Antjuan (Andrea) Battle, Danyell Battle, Kimberly Battle, Ronnie (Marlaina) Hall, Quaniece Burney; grandfather:  OJ Miller; aunts:  Mary Harris, Martha Durden, Jane (Kenneth) Hicks, Linda Strowbridge, Kathy Thomas, Angelina James, Lisa Miller, Nattie Wooten, Latonya (James) Miller, Debbie Kitchens, Shirley (Glynn) Mincey, Rose (Lee) Carter, Jeanette Foster, Aretha M. Hill; uncles:  Floyd (Marie) Battle, Willie (Sheila) Kitchens, Samuel Cooper, Bobby Cooper, Jr., Edgar (Sarah) Cooper, Johnny Hill; ten nieces, 11 nephews, devoted cousins:  Derrick Battle and Antonio Lamar; devoted friends:  Steve Whitaker, Jr., Bobby Cannida and Dedrick Wadley; a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
