Mr. Isaac Haynes, Sr.

Mr. Isaac Haynes, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Monday December 14, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his family.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at New Birth Christian Ministry in Tennille, Georgia ata 1 p.m.  Interment will be in the Union Hill Baptist Church cemetery.

Mr. Haynes was born July 3, 1936 in Washington County, Georgia to the late Mr. Fred Haynes and Ms. Pauline Armstrong.  He was reared in Washington County and attended Limestone School in Washington County, Georgia.  He was a member of Springfield Baptist Church for many years and most recently joined New Birth Christian Ministry in Tennille, Georgia.

He was employed at Wilson Furniture Company and Lapp Insulation Company from which he retired in 1998.  He was also a licensed barber.  Mr. Haynes enjoyed  picture framing, installing carpet and fishing.

He was preceded in death by one sister Mrs. Lillie Ruth Dawson.

Mr. Isaac Haynes, Sr. leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife of 55 years. He was married to Miss Maudie Ree Coleman on July 16, 1960, to this union they added 4 children: Lillie Ruth McLaughlin (Jerome), Isaac Haynes, Jr. (Juanita), Michael L. Haynes (Elizabeth), and Christopher B. Haynes all of Sandersville and 7 grandchildren: 5 grandsons – Daries Smith, Brandon, Isaac III, McKale and Christopher Haynes; 2 granddaughters: Brittany and Tangela Haynes and 4 great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws Inez Askew (George), Joyce Castleberry all of Sandersville; Dorothy Stafford (Shawn) of Macon, and Willie Mae Wright, Geneva and Jewel Coleman all of Florida; brother-in-laws Ledell Castleberry (Charlene), Napoleon Castleberry (Ann); Ronnie Castleberry, Daniel Coleman; devoted cousins Lillie Mae Hall, Betty Bloodsaw, Dorothy Simmons, Shirley Rooney and two devoted friends Leon Minor and Jody Peeler. A host of devoted nieces, nephews and friends.
