Agnes Telfair

Ms. Agnes Telfair entered eternal rest on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Wrightsville Manor Health and Rehab Center.  Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 12 noon at the Springfield Fellowship Church in Harrison, Georgia.  Interment will be in the Harrison Cemetery.    Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 12 noon to 6 p.m.

Ms. Agnes Telfair was born July 27, 1948 in Johnson County.  Agnes was the daughter of the late Linzy D. Henderson and Lee Franklin Telfair.  She was also the mother of Patricia A. Telfair, who proceeded her in death.

At an early age, she joined Scott’s Chapel Baptist Church.  Later in age, she joined Springfield Fellowship, under the leadership of Pastor Victor Cuyler, where she was a very devoted member.

Ms. Agnes Telfair leaves to cherish her memories four devoted brothers and four sisters-in-law:  Deacon Albert  (Louise) Travet and Mr. Thomas L. (Betty) Telfair both of Harrison, Georgia, Mr. William Lee (LaTonya) Telfair of Atlanta, Georgia and Edward (Lisa) Love of Durham, North Carolina.   She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
